A minutes ago, our network was down, a minutes after we recieve complain from the major staff.
from my opinion cable UTP from computer to switch is ok. so it must be cross cable from switch to uplink swicth.
but becouse the switch is unlabelled, to find the cable is another busy thing to do.
Since i was new with this thing, next ill labeling all that cable, thats make my work easier. no need to trace the cable again.
Its a lesson for lazy beginner network admin hehehe :D.
