how to gain htc one m7_u with 4.4.3 Sense 6

1. first off all, you should know waht youre gonna doing

please read http://www.htcdev.com/bootloader/faq carefully

2. make an account with your real email, its important cos unlock_code.bin will sent as attachment to your email.

3. download android development tool, or adbtool follow the guide

4.  after unlock the device you may follow the thread from here

you need downgrade hboot 1.44 and change cid ro super cid 1111111

then you can follow this method


a. disable fastboot on battery menu, poweroff device, then boot to bootloader, goto menu fastboot, press power button


b. you need to lock your bootloader from adb folder open command prompt then type

fastboot oem lock

c.  back to stockrom, google this files"M7_U_JB_50_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.29.707.4_R_Radio_4A.14.3250.13_10.33.1150.01_release_312087_signed_2_4_decrypted" then download to your adb folder

d. then we need to flash the stockrom

fastboot oem rebootRUU

wait till htc reboot to RUU mode, with HTC symbol

fastboot flash zip rom.zip 

where rom.zip is name of your rom you downloaded

after succed, flush by type the command once again

fastboot flash zip rom.zip 

wait till succed, then your htc will restock in Jellybean 4.3

e. all you have to do is follow the OTA update few times, until it archieve 4.4.3

please take patience and using fast wifi connection, as every OTA will need 500 - 700MB.


f. Enjoy your KK 4.4.3 Sense 6

HTC One m7 unlock , root , downgrade to get update 4.4.3 sense 6

sometimes when you have problem with your htc, you may need to downgrade or back to stock.

its happen to my htc 4.4.2  sense 5.5 CID HTC___044 model 0711000 hboot 1.57 firmware 5.12.707.4, my problem is i always failed to install update 4.4.3 sense 6 to my htc, 

depends my searching on google 

you may need the following step

1. UNLOCK BOOTLOADER
2. INSTALL CUSTOM RECOVERY
3. ROOT yout HTC ONE M7_U
4. S-OFF your HTC using firewater
5. INSTALL FIRMWARE
6. CHANGE CID to SUPERCID
7. FLASH HBOOT to 1.44
8. RELOCK your BOOTLOADER
9. INSTALL STOCK FIRMWARE 4.1.2 ( it will remove tampered flag too ) 
10. Upgrade OTA to 4.2.2, 4.3.x, 4.4.2 ( sense 5.5 ), 4.4.2 ( sense 6 ), and finally 4.4.3 Sense 6
